Anniversary wishes

Hello and thanks for stopping by! My card for the MMSC at http://priscillastyles.blogspot.com/ is a little late this week, but better late than never. I originally had my parents in mind when I made this card because they have an anniversary coming up, but since my mom sees everything I put on here...maybe I won't give it to them! lol I'd like to suprise her just once! The DP I used is BG Curio and for the computer generated sentiment on the front, I used glassy glaze to give it more of a vintage look (at least that's the look I was going for). I will finish the inside with the rest of the sentiment (ran out of time). The ribbon, flowers and charm are all from my stash. Thanks for looking and have a great week!

Happy Anniversary

Good morning and happy Tuesday!! I made the 25th card for my best friend who is celebrating her Anniversary today! I also made a 50th Anniversary card a couple weeks ago for another couple, but when I made the 25th I was so happy with it, I decided to make a 50th out of the same papers and sketch thanks to Priscilla at http://priscillastyles.blogspot.com/.
The DP, silver stickers and butterflies are from K & Co, cardstock is from DCWV, the sentiments were bought in a small vellum pack, and the pearls, ribbon and flowers are from my stash.
This was my first attempt at an envelope box (pretty easy, after a few tries lol)

50th Wedding Anniversary

Happy Tuesday to all!! This card was made for my friend's parents for their 50th wedding anniversary and also I used the sketch from the Midnight Madness Sketch Challenge at
http://priscillastyles.blogspot.com/. This is an easle card, but I am not quite finisheds with the inside yet because I am waiting for my stamps to come in the mail to finish it. I am not sure who makes the stamp as there is no name on it. I borrowed it from my mom. The DP I used is from the DCWV Luxury stack as well as various cardstocks from our local craft store. I bought the rings from our local craft store also. The ribbon, pearls, and flower are from my stash. Thank you for looking and have a WONDERFUL week!!

My Parents Anniversary

Welcome to my blog!! I made this card for my parents Anniversary. I decided to really challenge myself with this card! I wanted to make them a vintage, garden themed card in the neutral colors. I used the MS Trellis punch to punch out areas of the top and bottom to give it a garden feel. The DP was new to me at the time, so I had to use it!! It is from the Paper Studio called "Mirabelle". The cardstock is none other than Bazzill. I used some heart charms and cream colored ribbon. The stamp is from SU. I got those small little words in the ovals from my mom. The phrases were computer generated. What better for a garden theme than MS Butterfly punches? And last but not least, always gotta have those pearls for a little more elegance!! I had alot of fun making this card and I am really pleased with the outcome of it!! Thanks for looking and have a wonderful weekend!!

I made this card for an anniversary. It is cased from Yvonne, but I changed the colors and also added a silk flower to the center.
